Section 1

General Terms

The "Terms & Conditions" set out on this page constitute a legally binding agreement between players using the mm6801 platform (https://mm6801.bio) and the platform itself. By accessing, registering an account, or playing games on this platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1.1 Applicable Territory

Section 2

Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each player may only register one personal account on the platform. Personal information must be filled in accurately. Any account opened with false information may be closed.

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

• Each player may only have one active account at a time.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided must be accurate.
• Multiple accounts sharing the same address or IP address will be considered irregular.
• This rule also applies if a family member of a deceased player attempts to open a new account.

2.2 Password Security

Players must keep their account login details confidential and must not share them with any third party. If any unexpected login activity is detected, contact support immediately. mm6801 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

When making a withdrawal, players may be required to verify their identity using a national ID or student card (showing the holder is 18 years of age or older) and to confirm ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the required documents may delay the withdrawal.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

The mm6801 platform supports deposits and withdrawals via payment methods widely used in Myanmar.

3.1 Deposit Policy

• The account used to deposit must belong to the player; deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits will only be credited as playable funds after verification by the platform.
• Deposits that exceed the set limits may be reviewed by the platform.
• Depending on the deposit method, a bank fee or service charge may apply; this fee is a transaction cost and will not be counted toward mm6801 bonus calculations.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are preferred to be made via the same method used during the deposit.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing; if it has not been met, the bonus amount may be deducted from the withdrawal.
• If the platform requests identity verification and the player is unable to provide it, the withdrawal may be suspended.
• Withdrawals suspected of money laundering may be investigated by the platform's compliance team, and funds may be placed on hold during that period.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered by mm6801 give players additional opportunities to play. When claiming these bonuses, the following conditions must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. If the wagering requirement has not been met, winnings linked to the bonus cannot be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The individual terms and conditions for each bonus, including any applicable fees, take precedence and will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• If a withdrawal is made after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be deducted and only the remaining balance will be paid out.
• If a player is found to be claiming bonuses repeatedly using different IPs, devices, or payment methods without promotion authorization, it will be treated as fraudulent activity — the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Bonuses are for your own use only and cannot be transferred to any third party.
• mm6801 may suspend or modify the bonus program at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Policy

Weekly cashback is available based on your VIP level —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP level upgrades are determined by mm6801 based on betting activity and length of play.

Section 5

Game Policies

The policies in this section apply to all games — Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, football, fish shooting games, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, and Crash Games.

5.1 Game Integrity

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes.
• Exploiting platform or casino software vulnerabilities, or using third-party software to manipulate gameplay, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Errors

If mm6801 determines that a result was incorrect due to a technical error, the round may be voided and the stake refunded. Any player attempting to withdraw winnings from a round affected by a technical error may be treated as acting in bad faith.

5.3 Football Betting Policy

• If a match is suspended and cannot be replayed, stakes on incomplete matches with no settled result may be refunded; the decision to refund is made by mm6801.
• Stakes on matches that have been officially declared void, or cancelled before the result was settled, will be refunded.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

If any activity is deemed to be abusing the platform, mm6801 may place a hold on funds, void bonuses, or close the account.

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts registered with different personal details
• Using hacking software, bots, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements by placing offsetting bets without genuine gameplay (bonus abuse / matched betting)
• Deliberately circumventing limits set by the platform
• Colluding with other players to undermine the integrity of games
• Any action intended to degrade or disrupt platform services

Personal Data Protection

7.1 SSL Encryption

All data transmitted between the platform and players is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Personal information must not be shared with any third party.

7.2 Data Sharing

Players' personal data will not be passed to third parties unless required by law. Where necessary for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

Section 8

Account Closure

8.1 Closure Requested by the Player

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support to make the request. Any remaining balance will be paid out in accordance with the applicable withdrawal conditions.

8.2 Closure by the Platform

If these terms are seriously breached, mm6801 reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. Remaining funds may be held during the investigation and a decision will be made based on the outcome.

Remaining funds in accounts closed due to fraudulent activity will not be refunded. If money laundering or fraud is involved, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you need help managing your play, you can find the Self-Exclusion option on the Responsible Gaming page. Once enrolled, this setting cannot be removed until the specified period has ended.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

mm6801 is not responsible for the following —

• Financial losses resulting from the player's own decisions
• Losses caused by the player exposing their own account login details
• Losses caused by the player's own computer or mobile device malfunctioning and causing a sudden disconnection during gameplay
• Force Majeure events beyond mm6801's control — natural disasters, war, cyber attacks
• Issues arising from the player's failure to comply with their own local laws

We will do our best to prevent losses caused by platform service interruptions or temporary outages, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Amendments to Terms

mm6801 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on this page, and continued use of the platform after publication will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
